No smoking inside the unit or facilities. If you do smoke outside, please dispose the waste in the proper receptacles. Pets are not allowed in this home. Please be respectful of all spaces and clean up after yourself. No extra guests then what you added to your reservation are allowed to stay the night. Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am. Please respect other guests and tenants staying at this property.

If you do want to get out and explore, there is plenty to do in and around Downtown Johnson City. Other than visiting the endless restaurants, bars, and taprooms; you can rent a bike from the TREK store and try out JC's new Bike park, Tannery Knobs. If you like the great outdoors, you can also be hiking on a trail on Buffalo Mountain in 10-15 minutes. We have Johnson City Cardinals games in the summer and great mountains around for skiing in the winter. You also have the option to bike the Tweetsie Trail from Johnson City to Elizabethton.

To allow all guest to come and go as they please, we have installed key-less entry at this home. A few days prior to your stay, you will be given the code to enter the home. After typing the code into the keypad, you must turn the deadbolt to open the door!

We loved our stay everything was exactly as described in the listing place looked just like the pictures. It was super clean, fully stocked apartment for everything you may need and perfect for a stay with the entire family. The rooms were well sized and comfortable beds. The area was a perfect location in downtown Johnson city so very walkable if you don’t have a car. Overall we really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling with a big family and needs space and wants to feel like you are in your home away from home. The host was super friendly and responsive and very helpful. We also ended up needing to extend our trip by an extra night and he was so great about it and even gave a huge discount for the extra night. It was truly a pleasure to work with him and stay in this Airbnb.

The location was an easy walk to downtown Johnson City. The apartment was clean, had plenty of amenities if you forgot anything and the area was nice and quiet! I would definitely stay here again!
