Christmas family trip for three days this was the perfect location to visit Roan mountain State Park. We enjoyed cooking big family meals in the nice kitchen that has new appliances. We did not use the hot tub, but the outdoor sauna was a fun time!! The outdoor pavilion was great. We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace every evening and it was even warm enough one day to eat at the large picnic table.!! And!!! the sleeping loft was a fun, interesting experience. We had several adults who had to sleep up there.! We hiked to the view at Carver‘s gap! The Laurel Falls Trail is a must visit hiking experience!! It was all a great time with wonderful memories and we would love to stay there again!

The space was cozy and clean. It also offered many spots to read , write , meditate and generally enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. I also appreciated the fact the room came with access to an on-site laundry room with 2 restaurants within walking distance. I didn’t feel as though I lacked anything while here. I would stay here again if i wanted another vacation in JC.

We loved the modern vibe of this condo and the cool decor. Kitchen was stocked with teas and coffee’s and all the things we needed to make breakfast our first morning.

This stay is absolutely GORGEOUS. From the beautiful living room to each bedroom, and the private balcony is such a beautiful view! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My group of five on a Girlfriends’ Weekend getaway found The Pigeon and Pearl to be a perfect fit for our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and found the apartment to be very well organized. The beds were comfortable and, while the outside street noise was present until after midnight, the host provided white noise machines which did the job of drowning out the worst of the noise. We all slept well. We did not cook while staying at the property, but the kitchen had what we needed - glasses, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay at The Pigeon and Pearl and would stay there again.

Absolutely loved our stay! We brought our crew of 12 from NY to TN for the Thanksgiving Holiday on a last minute booking and this home was beyond perfect! The location, the views, the animals! Jason and Brent were very responsive! The home had everything we needed and more to enjoy our time! We look forward to spending more time there again!

Wonderful location, walkable to the best of Johnson City. a rare find with 3 BR, with comfortable beds and a very responsive host. We will be rent the unit again for our next trip to JC!

This was a fantastic and convenient spot downtown. It’s within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. The place was spotless, and check-in was quick and easy. I’d definitely recommend staying here!
