There are several free parking lots around this home, and there is even a space to allow guests to unload close to the door and get checked in / unloaded before parking!

This home is inside of a, fully renovated, 100 year old building in the heart of Downtown Johnson City. This building has been tastfully restored with a rustic look using the same wood that was located inside the building before the renovation. Guests are welcome and incouraged to explore the Building and all of the little details that come with it! The home itself is a large studio style apartment with large windows facing downtown JC and Buffalo Mountain. You can even see some of the new art features Johnson City has incorporated over the last few years right from inside the room!
Other Details to Note
This home is actually ADA compliant with the correct kitchen sink / bathtub for anybody in a wheelchair. We do have an elevator for any guests needing any special entryway. If that is the case, please contact the host so he can give you special instructions. This home is located in the middle of downtown Johnson City. It is also close to an active railroad track that runs through downtown several times throughout different times of the day. That means there is a potential for exterior noise throughout the entire day!

Since this home is centrally located, you will be able to exit the home and walk to anywhere you want to downtown! Please note that due to Johnson City's history, there is an active train line that runs through the middle of Downtown several times throughout the entire day. You will be able to hear it while you are in the home.
