I spent 6 months there for work in the Johnson City area. You have access to Downtown JC in 5 minutes. Nice restaurants, breweries and local shops. Kings Park and founders park are a great walk. You can rent bicycles at a close shop next to the tweetsie trail. That’s a 10min walk from the apartment. You’re 4 miles from Buffalo Mountain for great hiking or 8 miles from Pinnacle Mountain. I had a lot of fun in the area and the place is well centralized.
