This 350 square foot, minimalist-style apartment will be everything you need in a short term rental! Perfectly located just seconds off I-26, steps away from Downtown Johnson City, and just a short bike's ride to JC's new mountain bike park - Tannery Knobs. This property includes a huge front deck with chairs, a fire pit, a national forest style grill, covered bike rack, and access to our on-site coin/card operated laundry machines.

This cozy apartment-style property mixes the outdoors with the city. Being a modern take on a minimalist ideal, this space offers a look on how you can live off the basics. It will offer everything you will ever need in a short-term rental. Please note that the kitchen is not a full-sized, large kitchen. We offer a conventional over / air fryer combo and a 2 burner electric stove to cook with.

Other Details to Note

We have not provided a TV in this home. We want all of our guest to spend as much time exploring what the area, culture, and people have to offer in East Tennessee!

No smoking inside the unit or facilities. If you do smoke outside, please dispose the waste in the proper receptacles. Pets are not allowed in this home. Park in the parking spot corresponding to the unit you are staying in. If you have an extra vehicle - there is extra parking along the street. Please be respectful of all homes and clean up after yourself. Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am. Please be respectful of all other guests and tenants at this home.

Located seconds off I-26, below the bike park Tannery Knobs, and right on the edge of Downtown Johnson City, this flat is perfect for any adventure. Being only 2 blocks away from a Police Station, Fire Station, and Rescue Squad means this is a very safe area. This home is very close to the interstate, so some road noise may be expected.

Guest access

All guest will have access to the deck, fire pit, charcoal grill, laundry room, Little Free Library, and bike rack.

Great stay! Unit was as described, bed was comfy and warm, and everything was clean and welcoming. The location is super convenient for hopping on and off the highway and there are a couple food options within walking distance. Definitely my first choice next time I come back to the area.

Find us

Being just off the interstate with free parking included, this place is perfect for a one or two night stay on a road trip. It is also just moments away from a bus stop and a few minutes walk from Johnson City's bus station. You also have the luxury of being only a few minutes walk or bike ride from all the shops and restaurants in downtown Johnson City.
