This lovely rental offered everything we needed. It was extremely clean with a fully functional kitchen and den area. The mattress and bedding were incredible and provided a great night sleep.

I really Enjoyed my stay place was just what I needed. I was given nice privacy and was pretty quiet. The instructions given were very clear and I didn’t need to ask any follow up questions.

Great hideaway close to ETSU. Perfect space for business or pleasure. Spent a few days in town on business and felt comfortable and relaxed after a days work. Great space to unwind and unpack for the day.

Unfortunately, I was not able to actually stay at the location. En route to the Airbnb I was contacted by the hosts and they let me know that the guest who stayed in there the night before had smoked indoors and they were vigorously working to try and clean everything up, but also offered to fully reimburse me if I needed to be. They were very proactive in letting me know as soon as possible and I do not hold it against them at all. They handled the situation very well And I was still able to find something and be fully reimbursed. Bummed I didn’t get a chance to stay, but hosts who communicate and take care of their guests that well are definitely ones worth staying with! Even if Airbnb guests do break the rules.
