This 350 square foot, minimalist-style apartment will be everything you need in a short term rental! Perfectly located just seconds off I-26, steps away from Downtown Johnson City, and just a short bike's ride to JC's new mountain bike park - Tannery Knobs. This property includes a huge front deck with chairs, a fire pit, a national forest style grill, covered bike rack, and access to our on-site coin/card operated laundry machines.
Good to know
This cozy apartment-style property mixes the outdoors with the city. Being a modern take on a minimalist ideal, this space offers a look on how you can live with just the basics. It will offer everything you could ever need in a short-term rental. Please note that the kitchen is not a full-sized, large kitchen. We offer a conventional over / air fryer combo, a 2 burner electric stove to cook with, and a smaller fridge with a freezer as well. We also have left a fan in the home to circulate air and block out some of the road noise from the close interstate.
Other Details to Note
The laundry facility is located just under the main apartments in the basement. It costs a total of $4.50 to both wash and dry your clothes, and you can pay with either coin or card! There will be a laundry key located on the shelf next to the door that you can use for access. You may also use the fire pit located on the opposite side of the property. It is gas powered and has a safety switch that you have to turn back on about every hour.

Located seconds off I-26, below the mountain-bike park Tannery Knobs, and right on the edge of Downtown Johnson City, this flat is perfect for any adventure. Adding cameras around the property and being only about 1 block away from the Police Station, Central Fire Station, and Rescue Squad makes this home as safe as it possibly could be. This home is very close to the interstate, so some road noise may be expected. We have added a fan to be used as white noise for this reason!
