This 350 Square foot apartment is everything you need in a medium-term rental! Tannery Flats #5 caters to anyone who needs a furnished rental for a few months. Just moments away from an I-26 exit, this home is perfect for any traveling medical professional, private contractor, or anyone else who needs a place to temporarily call home. This property includes a huge front deck, a national forest style grill, covered bike rack, and access to our on-site coin/card operated laundry machines.

Good to know

This space was created for minimalists. We used every inch of this space to create a unique housing experience for anyone who needs a place to call home for several months at a time. We are only allowing stays 30 days or more to cater to the Nomad. Please note - This home does not include linens or towels. We include a few starter items, like a few rolls of TP and paper towels, but during the rest of youre stay - it is up to the guest to provide.

Absolutely no smoking inside the home or in common spaces. If you do smoke, please dispose your litter in the proper recipticles. Respect all other tenants and guests around you. Only park in your 1 dedicated parking spot. Pets must be under 40 pounds.
