This 350 Square foot apartment is everything you need in a medium-term rental! Tannery Flats #7 caters to anyone who needs a furnished rental for a few months. Just moments away from an I-26 exit, this home is perfect for any traveling medical professional, private contractor, or anyone else who needs a place to temporarily call home. This property includes a huge front deck, a national forest style grill, covered bike rack, and access to our on-site coin/card operated laundry machines.

Good to know

This space was created for minimalists. We used every inch of this space to create a unique housing experience for anyone who needs a place to call home for several months at a time. We are only allowing stays 30 days or more to cater to the Nomad. Please note - This home does not include linens or towels. We include a few starter items, like a few rolls of TP and paper towels, but during the rest of youre stay - it is up to the guest to provide.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking inside the home or in common spaces. If you do smoke, please dispose your litter in the proper recipticles. Respect all other tenants and guests around you. Only park in your 1 dedicated parking spot. Pets must be under 40 pounds.

All of our guests have access to the large shared deck with mountain views, national forest style charcoal grill, common laundry room with two sets of coin / card operated washer dryers located in the basement, the common covered bicycle rack, and the gas powered firepit outside.

The place was exactly as described, with Brent/Jason being amazing hosts! They were always super quick to respond and answered any questions/concerns that I had. The neighbors and surrounding area were relatively quiet and peaceful, I'd recommend the location for short to mid term stays, especially as someone who travels quite frequently for work/vacation.

A nice little spot that my husband and I stayed at for a few months. It was ideal for us when making the big jump from Florida to the Tri-Cities, our new forever home area. It is cozy and surrounded by a beautiful landscape. And with the very few issues we had, such as parking, it was resolved quickly. Brent is super responsive and will always find a quick solution. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a spot to stay for a few months.

Absolutely loved the space. It was just enough for one person. Two people in the space is comfortable. Exactly what I’m needed for the time I was there. Close proximity to food and downtown. Would absolutely stay again if I am in the area.
