Like the other reviews, I stayed here during a clinical rotation as well. It’s basically 5 minutes from the Hospital/medical offices. A lot more convenient than spending 3-4 hours per day commuting from Knoxville. After sleep and work, you have ~8 hours left in the day. Why waste half that time commuting when you can just stay in this safe, quaint, studio apartment instead! Plus, the owners make check-in the easiest thing in the world. It may seem pricey as a student, but it was worth it for me.

Great place, had no issues or complaints the month we stayed there. Host was super helpful and responsive. When the washers in the laundry room were down, Brent gave us the code to use the laundry room at the neighboring building. Definitely would stay here again, it was a great deal.
