The Pigeon and Pearl is a Luxury downtown escape special to Johnson City. This space includes great views from the *PRIVATE ROOFTOP PATIO*, cozy spaces to sit back and relax, a washer and dryer in case of any accidents, and a large kitchen so your party can share a nice home-cooked meal together. Only steps away from every bar, restaurant, and entertainment downtown JC has to offer. **There is a chance of some nightlife noise!!**

Good to know

This space is 1800 square feet of pure luxury. This space is perfect for families, seeing old friends, or any holiday. The private balcony up top has a great view of the Johnson City sign, Buffalo mountain, and great views of downtown JC. Parties are not allowed in this home.

Other Details to Note

There is a washer and dryer on the third floor just in case you need to use it. To comply with local ordinance, we ask you do not smoke or set up any tents/ canopy on the rooftop patio. This home is located in Downtown Johnson City so there may be a chance of outside noise from the nightlife. We have provided earplugs and fans in all the rooms to use as white-noise while you are sleeping.

No pets allowed unless it is a certified service animal. *Parties are not allowed here.* Please take special consideration of the neighbors next door. Quiet time is between 10pm-8am.

*Please note that this home is in the middle of downtown Johnson City. There are several bars and restuarants with a small nightlife that follows.* If you do want to get out and explore, there is plenty to do in and around Downtown Johnson City. Other than visiting the endless restaurants, bars, and taprooms; you can rent a bike from the TREK store and try out JC's new Bike park, Tannery Knobs. If you like the great outdoors, you can also be hiking on a trail on Buffalo Mountain in 10-15 minutes. We have Johnson City Cardinals games in the summer and great mountains around for skiing in the winter. You also have the option to bike the Tweetsie Trail from Johnson City to Elizabethton.

Guest Access

There is two separate code-pad locks to get into the home. One is on the outside door (it automatically locks behind you) and one is on the front door to the apartment. They both will have the same code, special to all guests. That means that you may check in and out whenever you need to within the time parameters.

This stay is absolutely GORGEOUS. From the beautiful living room to each bedroom, and the private balcony is such a beautiful view! I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

My group of five on a Girlfriends’ Weekend getaway found The Pigeon and Pearl to be a perfect fit for our group. We had plenty of room to spread out and found the apartment to be very well organized. The beds were comfortable and, while the outside street noise was present until after midnight, the host provided white noise machines which did the job of drowning out the worst of the noise. We all slept well. We did not cook while staying at the property, but the kitchen had what we needed - glasses, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. We enjoyed our stay at The Pigeon and Pearl and would stay there again.

This place is great. It’s one of the most unique Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. It’s in a perfect location if you want a place that you can easily walk to restaurants, bars, and shops. I would stay there again. Highly recommended.

The Pigeon and Pearl is a must stay if you are in Johnson City! We booked this place for a wedding and could not be happier. It was clean, convenient, and in the heart of downtown! Not to mention Jason and Brent were super responsive and helpful with all our inquiries! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!

The home is located very close to both I-26 and the JC transit station. You may also rent a bike at the TREK JC store that is in very close proximity to the home. *Parking will be further away than normal between Jan. 11th - March 28th*
