Great place, such a gem in JC. Came in for the weekend for ETSU Homecoming, highly recommend! Beautiful place, so much space, they’ve thought of everything! We loved the rooftop view!

The Pigeon and Pearl is a must stay if you are in Johnson City! We booked this place for a wedding and could not be happier. It was clean, convenient, and in the heart of downtown! Not to mention Jason and Brent were super responsive and helpful with all our inquiries! Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone!

We had an excellent visit to the Dogtrot for a beautiful fall weekend. The hiking from the cabin including down to Laurel Falls and to the Upper Fork trails are some of my favorites in the area. The cabin facilities are very nice, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor wood fire place, hot tub and sauna! We'll be back!

The place was exactly as described, with Brent/Jason being amazing hosts! They were always super quick to respond and answered any questions/concerns that I had. The neighbors and surrounding area were relatively quiet and peaceful, I'd recommend the location for short to mid term stays, especially as someone who travels quite frequently for work/vacation.

Brent and Jason were wonderful hosts. The house was taken care of very well and was very clean when we arrived. The amenities were fantastic and we really appreciated the pack n play and high chair that they had available for use. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone and absolutely would book again if it’s available when we are back in the area!

We spent a wonderful weekend at the Dennis Cove dog trot. Our family enjoyed every minute of the beautiful, peaceful property. It was well equipped with plenty of linens and everything we needed. We loved the hike to Laurel Falls and soaking in the hot tub afterwards. Hope to be back!

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was perfect for my husband and I. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Brent and Jason were both very nice and friendly. They were very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. If we are ever back in the area, we would love to stay here again!

First of all, Brent was quite possibly one of the nicest, accommodating, and proactive Hosts I’ve experienced through AirBnb. Brent made sure that my experience was nothing but comfortable and positive (which it was). Being from JC, I knew the area well. The tree streets are close to ETSU and walkable to downtown. The apartment was nice and cozy and had all necessary amenities plus coffee, tea, and filtered water in the fridge. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash; plus dark towels to use to remove make-up. I highly recommend this Airbnb and especially Brent!

The listing was as described. Check-in was super easy and the location put us right in middle of all the downtown restaurants. This place was perfect for us while we moved our 2 kids into ETSU.
