We had a great stay at the farmhouse. It was equipped with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The farm felt very peaceful and the view was amazing!

We loved our stay everything was exactly as described in the listing place looked just like the pictures. It was super clean, fully stocked apartment for everything you may need and perfect for a stay with the entire family. The rooms were well sized and comfortable beds. The area was a perfect location in downtown Johnson city so very walkable if you don’t have a car. Overall we really loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling with a big family and needs space and wants to feel like you are in your home away from home. The host was super friendly and responsive and very helpful. We also ended up needing to extend our trip by an extra night and he was so great about it and even gave a huge discount for the extra night. It was truly a pleasure to work with him and stay in this Airbnb.

The location was an easy walk to downtown Johnson City. The apartment was clean, had plenty of amenities if you forgot anything and the area was nice and quiet! I would definitely stay here again!

This place was unbelievably beautiful! We were wanting a getaway and we got so much more! 2 minute walk from Cherokee National Forrest trails, hot tub and sauna were very relaxing and the river right in the front yard! It was on a mountain so you are quite literally in nature, which was exactly what we were looking for, highly recommend.

I highly recommend Brent and his properties. Brent was extremely helpful and communicative even when I booked at the last minute. The property was incredible, private and comfortable, which was exactly what I was looking for. I highly suggest anyone give Brent and his properties a try, you won't be disappointed.

This lovely rental offered everything we needed. It was extremely clean with a fully functional kitchen and den area. The mattress and bedding were incredible and provided a great night sleep.

A great apartment in JC. Very close to downtown and parks! A pack n play and high chair was included. The HVAC pipes froze which made the AC malfunction. Within one hour of informing the owners he came to see what needed to be done and by that afternoon the AC was back to functioning and we had no troubles staying cool! This spot also gave us THE BEST view of fireworks from downtown JC. The neighbors even gave my 4yf old a bracelet they made! Good times!

This is my favorite place to stay in Johnson City TN. The Facilities Manager -Jason Nanney does a splendid job in making sure that all aspects of his facilities are in proper order and if there may be an issue or question , they will be addressed post haste.
